If you are planning on selling your house, Bruce Roby is the realtor you want. Bruce correctly advised us on an appropriate selling price which was considerably above what we had originally thought. He went above and beyond in his efforts to sell our house. Bruce even assisted in the necessary renovations required by the buyer's mortgage company and worked until nearly 11 pm one night to complete those renovations that assisted both us and the buyer to meet the expedited closing date. He was always honest and upfront about all aspects of the selling process. Bruce was always a joy to work with in that he was timely in answering all of our questions and always had a friendly demeanor. He even smoothed over a rather contentious issue I had with a company and managed to get what we needed from that company. Bottom line is that if you want a realtor that you can trust to do his best to sell your home, then Bruce Roby is your realtor.

Bruce was a great guy to work with, answered all our questions we had along the way. He helped figure out everything we needed to know with this being our first home purchase. Bruce was absolutely wonderful to work with! He met us several times to show us houses and was extremely flexible to meet our schedule. He was very responsive to our questions, gave us suggestions on other houses to view, and was never pushy about getting a sale. It took my husband and I over 3 months to find our home, but Bruce stayed with us and made sure we found something that worked perfectly for our family. Once we decided on a home to buy Bruce was absolutely amazing at navigating us through the buying process. When we had issues with our loan company he stepped up to the plate to make sure that everything proceeded by personally reaching out to them. He continued to answer all our questions, and helped us understand our Veterans home loan when we weren't sure about specific guidelines. Even after closing Bruce followed up to see how the house was working for us!!
